Sometimes you just have to Listen to your Body & Stay In

I had all the good intention this week to go forward into my fitness journey and keep up with my goal of going to the gym 3 times a week minimum. But this week, my body isn’t working with me. It looks like the cold everyone had around me that I was so lucky to not get is finally catching to me. I never get sick! The weirdest thing is that I feel ok, but I cannot stop coughing… so running is out of the equation. Usually, it wouldn’t stop me, but instead of going to the gym and spread my sickness, I decided to stay put and try to go to sleep early and get some rest.

I just can’t seem to get rid of it though. This virus sticks to you! It’s been 4 days I haven’t gone to exercise and I’m worried that I will get stuck in this circle.

Along with cold remedies, warm water with lemon, they say sleep and rest can help fight sickness, so I am listening to my body and will have faith it will get better soon.

    1. I’m losing my voice now… i think i will call the doctor office for an appointment… it’s been 4 days and it’s getting worse….. it should at least get better…. better go check it out… 12 days is a long time. Get well too!
