I want to be honest with you all and share all the stage of my #fitnessJourney. I may have sounded very positive about it so far, but in the past few weeks, my motivation got quite low. I don’t know why, as I have seen some changes…
Maybe I am overdoing it or maybe it is just normal to feel this way once in a while, but I am finding it really hard to run on a treadmill for 50 mins lately.
I have been having an increase of motivation with my guitar playing and maybe it’s because I can’t focus on multiple things at the same time?
There must be a way to do both and have results with both…
I have been to the gym 3 times this week but ran only twice and the other day was on the elliptical. Like I mention multiple times in the past, every day is a chance to start over. So this week, I will continue with the run 3 minutes and walk for 1 minute. I know I should have increased it to 4 minutes running, but I feel that it might be pushing it a bit.
I only have a month and a half before my vacation, so I need to find my motivation back and get back on track.
Have anyone of you has dealt with a loss of motivation and how did you find it back?
