#FitnessJourney: Setbacks

Hello everyone,

With Valentine’s day and the family day long weekend, I fell into the trap of eating out and have a few treats. It’s funny how 1 or 2 days can change everything! Just with those 2 days, I gained a few pounds. I am not happy about it at all! How can a few days make you gain 2 lbs?

I still went to the gym 4 times. Three of those days were running 3 mins and walking 1 mins for a total of 50 mins and one day was cross-training on the elliptical for 40 mins at level 12. The workouts went great, but for some reason, at the beginning of the week, I was feeling exhausted. Not sure if it’s because I was fighting something or I am maybe doing too much at the gym…

I guess it is fine to fall down once in a while as long as you don’t stay down! 🙂

This week I will still do the 3 mins running and 1 min walking and will get back on track with my eating.
