Hello everyone,

I saw this quote at the gym tonight and thought I would share it with you. This quote made me think. How often we would rather sit our butt on the couch and watch TV? I know I would be the first to do so if I didn’t make an effort. I do make the effort to go at least 3-4 times a week. When you think of it, are we made to sit all day? The less we do, the less we want to do.

I joined the gym about 2 months ago and let me tell you that I feel much better about myself even though it is not always easy to get motivated. I feel more refreshed and have more motivation to do other things.

I would like to have your thoughts about this quote if you don’t mind sharing. 🙂
